01 -- OVERVIEW

What Is SkinTouch?

SkinTouch is a silicone-based thermoplastic elastomer (Si-TPV) that delivers a silicone-like velvet touch with standard thermoplastic injection molding efficiency.

Unlike conventional soft-touch materials that turn oily, attract dust, or require specialized silicone presses, SkinTouch runs on conventional injection presses, bonds directly to rigid substrates, and keeps its clean, dry feel for the product lifetime.

  • Silicone-like soft touch without tackiness
  • Thermoplastic processing for fast cycles
  • Overmolding ready for PC / ABS / PA
  • Design flexibility for thin-wall parts
