Our Material Technology

SkinTouch™ is Chenvix's silicone-based thermoplastic material platform designed to combine soft-touch performance with thermoplastic processing and product manufacturing flexibility.

Why develop material? Standard TPU gets sticky and yellows; LSR needs costly equipment and bonds poorly. We built a third path.

Why combine with manufacturing? Material behavior changes in the mold. When formulation and tooling are tuned together, bonding, feel and yield improve.
